Question: Sorry one more....I am not coming in until the 3rd. My mom will be there on the 2nd. Can she do all for me. She will have a copy of ID.
Answer: Yes, she can do it all for you if she has a copy of your ID.
Question: I ordered the medal for my daughter and her dad. Her dad received their race numbers but I didn't get the medal and I was wondering who or what I need to do to get it?
Answer: If you requested to have your medal mailed it will arrive separately from race numbers and should arrive next week around the time of the event. If you requested to pick it up, please visit the Atlanta Track Club booth at the Peachtree Health & Fitness Expo.
Question: I think it's great Meb Keflezighi will be running the PTRR from behind, raising money for charity. What can we do as runners to help his run easier?
Answer: We're glad to hear that everyone is as excited as we are! You can help Meb by cheering him on and encouraging others to "Make Way for Meb" when you see him on the course. As always, we encourage those walking the course to stay to the right. And you can help support the cause by donating at www.charitychaseforkids.org!
Question: I don't need the transfer form, I need the registration form that I am suppose to fill out. There is no link to it on that page.
Answer: You will fill out the registration form on site when you transfer your number.
Question: I have 2 numbers to sell. How do I go about it?
Answer: Post a message to the Atlanta Track Club Facebook page and find a buyer and then coordinate with them to transfer numbers through our number transfer system on July 2 ONLY at the Peachtree Health & Fitness Expo.
We'll be back next Thursday at the same time! If you have questions before that, enter them at ajc.com/peachtree or visit the Atlanta Track Club Facebook page.
Question: I registered already -- is there somewhere I can log in to and see my start wave assignment?
Answer: Bib confirmation emails with start wave assignment will go out on June 20 and the number look up will be posted on our website the week of June 23.
Question: I ordered a Peachtree medal this year. When do the medals get sent, or do you have to get them at the expo?

Question: last year my best friend didn't get a number. i did and during the race i ran past a girl who looked to be about 10 years old with a bib in the c wave. isn't there an age requirement for the race? how does a 10 year old get a c wave bib?
Answer: Yes, there is an age requirement for the race, it is 10 years old, so what you've outlined is very possible. She could have been 10 and run a qualifying time to be assigned to wave C. She could also be 10 and have been transferred a number that was assigned in Wave C.
Question: Love the T-shirt, but is there a thought to it being a technical T instead of cotton?
Answer: Tanya, this has come up several times recently. That's a conversation we feel participants need to be a part of, please be sure to fill out your participant survey after this year's race!
Question: Hi there. I submitted a time that would clearly place me in the top seed or subseed corral--and I was placed in the "C" wave. How will mistakes like this be rectified?
Answer: It's possible that your time could not be verified or an error occurred. These situations do happen in wave placement and if it is an error on our end we correct it and reissue a wave placement. These requests and questions can be sent directly to peachtree@atlantatrackclub.org.
Question: I'm registered for the race (my first!), and I see people posting that they've already gotten their bibs. I haven't. Was I supposed to already?
Answer: If you requested to have it mailed you should receive it by June 20. Numbers are in the mail but come out in waves. If you did not select to receive it by mail, you can pick it up at the Peachtree Health & Fitness Expo on July 2 & 3.
Question: What is a Peachtree qualifier. I see all the time races claiming to be, but when I registered none were listed to get my time. How do I know I'm running a qualifying race?
Answer: A qualifying time for the AJC Peachtree Road Race is a time submitted from any USATF certified course. For the 2014 race, that time would need to be from Jan. 1 2012 or later to be eligible for a qualifying time.
Question: Regarding the bib transfer system. Will the new purchaser of the bib stay in the start wave to which the original purchaser was assigned? Or will the new purchaser be re-seeded to the start wave for which s/he qualifies?
Answer: Great question! The new purchaser will stay in the start wave that the number is assigned. There will be no re-seeding of numbers in the transfer system.
Question: When will the race number lookup be available?
Answer: Race number bib confirmation emails will be sent out June 20. The look up function will be available on peachtreeroadrace.org beginning the week of June 23.
FROM MARK VIA FACEBOOK: I have a friend who wants to run in the race this year. What happened to the transfer system?
