Billick Uncut: ‘They
just don’t have enough talent on the defensive side’
They have the option to go with longer or short cleats. They usually make that decision during warmups. I don't think it's an equipment issues. I think Brian Billick nailed the issues.
Moore. Ishmael is a 7th round pick. He'll have keep things in front of him and come up and tackle.
I understand. Since we got kicked out of practice we won't see any lineup changes until game time. Maybe is Stansly Maponga time over there? Some Massaquoi? BTW, Coach Smith is 5-10 since booting the media from practice for reporting a change to the starting lineup. Beau Bock is ticked, too!!!!
I think they addressed the front office problems (drafting offensive and defensive lineman) this offseason by adding former GMs Billy Devaney and Scott Pioli.
All signs are pointing toward a shootout. The middle of the Giants defense is about as soft as the Falcons. Have your calculator ready.
Yes, he gave us the game plan and it calls for more running. (Just kidding). Pretty sure they want to keep the defense off the field as much as possible.
We don't have the final injury report yet. Harland Gunn would replace Blalock at left guard. Gabe Carimi will replace Lamar Holmes at right tackle and Peter Konz will replace Joe Hawley at center
No, doubt. It's a pride game for the defense.
Hello folks!!! We have a few of you watching and normally the questions will start rolling in.
Thanks for stopping by today. We'll be back next Friday to preview the battle with the Minnesota Vikings. I'm looking forward to talking to one of my favorite NFL coaches Mike Zimmer on Wednesday. Look for his Q&A on AjC.COM. He's awesome. He doesn't know how to do that "coachspeak" deal. He keeps it REAL!
Add Lowery and Arenas in there. B-plus. Soliai and Hester have been awesome. Jackson does the dirty work in there. Lowery has been an update. Arenas is nickel back and returner insurance.
You're welcome. He plays well. Solid tackler. He seems to get hurt every game though. Worried about his durability.
That's how they opened the season against the Saints. Not new. Holmes played 85 percent (57) of the snaps. Garimi played 43 percent (29 snaps) and was used as the Jumbo TE to block.
No I don't. They are going to see if the players they drafted can develop. Andre Carter is the name fans are dragging all over the web. He's 35! Has 80.5 sacks though. They already have Osi.
Yes, you can sign Spoon to a one-year make-good deal. You can't ever have enough good NFL players.
He's problems in Chicago may have revolved around that nutty QB that they have.
