ATLBO -- Perhaps, in order to stop Jared Cook. But I think Big Nickel with 3 safeties might be the best thing for Cook.
Matt -- Maponga was inactive. He's still developing. So is Goodman. I expected to see more of Massaquoi last week.He seems to be around the ball whenever he gets some action.
Ilya -- You're welcome. I don't know. His record speaks for itself. He's been playing beasting for awhile now.
John_Johnson -- I think he's going to be doubtful or questionable. But we should probably wait for the official report. I'll post as soon as I get it. He didn't good with the coaching staff. He had a bad outing. Holmes trained all of last season at left tackle. Trueblood has never played there and the rookies are not ready.
We'll get the official update around 2 p.m. today. Roddy was at practice, caught a few balls and then was being checked by the trainers. Asante, Spoon and Julio moved around well. Didn't see a close up on Babs.
@John_Johnson -- I don't think so based on the interview with Nolan. Rookies have their place and its on special teams. That stands for Worrilow and Bartu, for now.
ATLJBO -- I think so later in the season. Nolan is a veteran coordinator. Rookies have to earn their stripes with him.
@John_Johnson -- He's the clear No. 3 receiver. He's not taking time away from a healthy Roddy and/or Julio. He's a No. 3 that's better than most team's No. 2s and some No. 1s.
He tried to address the line in the last draft by picking Konz and Holmes. He also has drafted Reynolds, Hawley and Mike Johnson. He has also re-signed Baker, Blalock and Clabo (before letting him go.).
That Q was from Jeff Kendrick
Q: It seems that dimitriof does not want to address the problem of the offensive line or the middle linebacker spot. I have had season tickets for 26years and the same problem exist, why is this
Q: Do you think we will see a more heavy rush/play action attack this week in an attempt to slow the St Louis pass rush? --Falcon4Life A: Most definitely.
A: I'll them to run the wisbone. That will trick everyone.
Q: "When are you going to use the no huddle and set this offense free?
Also can we stop using the same plays over and over again? Everyone in the NFL knows what plays we run. Can we do something different? " -- George Lenoir
A: Diehard -- I understand that. Plenty of games before the Saints come to town.
What does he look like -- He looks like Tyson Clabo to me. He was known for NASTY during his Tampa Bay days. Not sure what he has left in the tank.
It was too loud in the Superdome. I think you'll see more of it on Sunday.
Q was from Jim in Virginia:
Why didn`t we see more of the no huddle against the Saints and will we see it against the Rams ?
@DieHard -- Yes, but blocking must be addressed.
There are not very many players available worth spending money on.
Q: (Cap space Q from Joey Mullins Aka "Joe's Place Joe Speaking")
A: Why do the falcons have so much available cap space but not using it to upgrade either sides of the line specifically the offensive?"
Asante said he's going to play. He didn't want to talk to the media until after he played this season.
A: (That question was from Georgia Peach Princess) When the offensive line starts protecting Matt Ryan is my guess.
Q: When do we start playing like a Superbowl team? --
A: He was on the practice field today stretching. Was on a play count of 15 last week, but played 27 snaps. So probably about the same vs. Rams.
How much, if any, playing time will Roddy White get? -- Mitchell
Hello!!! Just got off the practice field. No. 84 is stretching.
