GEO -- What kind of role do you see S. Jackson having this weekend? How many touches do you see him getting?
LEDBETTER – 60 percent of the carries 15 to 20 touches
No. Wouldn't want either of those clowns on my team.
Yes. I expect to see him play.
I saw the story on WSB last night. No news on the PSLs yet. Ground breaking is April. PSL news probably won't come to 15 or 16 though.
Injuries are up slightly around the league.
STEVE FROM DALTON-- Tampa Bay is a dumpster fire. Any chance the Falcons could trade some late round picks and pick up DE or O line help
LEDBETTER – Doubt it unless something very “special” happens.
With all teams at 53 players, plus 8 on the practice squad there is nobody "worth" spending it on. You just don't throw money around at street free agents.
Yes. He wasn't returning punts in practice. It was Harry and Robert McClain.
RODNEY DUNSTON -- "D
what do you think are the chances Abraham has a break out game two weeks in a row? The Birds have had issues up front."
LEDBETTER – The Falcons know how to stop him. You send a lot of traffic his way with tight ends and backs helping the tackle. Make it a maze for him. You can’t let him have any free runs. He’s much quicker than Baker or Holmes.
Brown -- You can move around with a hammy. You can't reach top speeds with them. So, jumping around is OK. Trying to run a 40 is not.
Jonthan - The QB is bailing them out with his quick reads and passing in last than 2 seconds. They can run because they are not getting any push up front. They are getting steam rolled in the run game.
VIRGINIA COOPER -- Why are you playing so poorly this year?
LEDBETTER – Coming off a quad surgery. Not quite 100 percent yet. Should have gone on recallable IR with Roddy and Spoon.
BRAD -- With the Falcons playing a "home" game in London next year will season ticket holders only have 9 games to pay for next season? Or are the Falcons going to schedule a 3rd preseason game to keep the traditional 10 game season ticket package. I personally think if they do play three preseason games at home it would be a big rip-off to season ticket holders.
LEDBETTER – I’ll have to check with Tim Tucker or Rich McKay. Fans should just have to pay for the 9 games.
THOMAS -- When you’re sacked hard does that play with your head the rest of the game?
LEDBETTER – I would think so. The good ones can shake it off and keep playing. The scared ones don’t last long.
Brown recluse -- Because they can play football? Proven commodities. Although, E.D. was at the end of the rope when they signed him.
Grape -- We travel to all of the games. So, hopefully we'll got to London next year.
Grape -- Snelling has an ankle injury.
Les -- No. That's an NBA thing. Coach Leslie and Coach Musgrave are fighting to save their jobs.
CED ¬ -- Aye Dled, There are alot of trade rumors going on in the league, is there any indication that the Falcons are looking to trade anyone? if so who? And any words on how long Roddy will be out ?
LEDBETTER – They are not. Dimitroff and Smith keep saying how much they like their roster and abhor in-season trades. Something really special would have to happen for them to make a move. Nothing on Roddy. He’s been pretty somber this week. He usually jogs around with me and gives me fashion tips. None of that this week.
Not much longer. The College Coach rarely works in the NFL. He's just the latest one to fail. Now, they can't blame Raheem Morris for that mess.
MARCUS -- Despite our record, all of our games except TB and STL have come down to the final minutes/final drive either to win or prevent the opponent from winning.
Given our current state and the strengths/weaknesses of remaining opponents, where would you speculate us to see a clunker performance?
BTW, Howard got us good @ FAMU last week. :("
LEDBETTER – They might have and their clunkers already. Yeah, the Bison did some work last week.
ALEX H - Is Kevin Cone hurt? We did not see him used in the Bucs game, do you see them using him any in this upcoming Cardinals game?
LEDBETTER – He played a couple of snaps, but was deemed too valuable to the special teams. Don't know if he'll get more action vs. Cards.
Old basketball coach Pete Gillen use to tell me, "Never say never" in sports. Giants won it after going 9-7 in 2011. Cardinals slipped into the playoffs in 2008 and went to the Super Bowl. The league is watered down now. They call it "parity." My Dad calls it 'bad football." Everybody, except for J-ville and Tampa Bay are still in the hunt.

ALPHARETTA GUY -- DLed,
I see Harry listed 1 on PR now. Alford mishandles one ball & loses that assignment? Don't you think he should get more chances before they sit him?
If we lose to Cards, don't you think it'd be a no-brainer to send Tony back to Chiefs for the playoff run? We'd get a pick we wouldn't have had otherwise. He's got to be kicking himself a little, thinking ""dang, I left the lowly Chiefs and came to Atl to make that SuperBowl run and now the tables have turned!"" Even if we win, it's a hard road to 9-7 and even that doesn't guarantee playoffs. One of those years!"
LEDBETTER – Harry was listed No. 1 last week, too. Yeah, a drop punt gets you benched especially when you are a rookie.
No, that’s a not a no brainer. Falcons have to win 8 of 10 to make playoffs. They could still go on a run even with a lost to the Cards. Unless the pick is the 2nd rounder the Falcons sent to get him, it won’t make any sense. He made a Super Bowl run and won a playoff game last season. 10-6 is the magic playoff number.
DUDE -- How much will Jackson play - if he plays - Sunday?
LEDBETTER – If no set back today, expect him to get 60 percent of the carries. He will split with Quizz. Snelling didn’t practice today.
NATE -- I'm going to ask Coach that after practice. He's been targetted quite a bit. He's given up 2 of the 10 -- 3rd and-long conversions.
